Although every project is different and we approach jobs with a blank canvas, we do have a series of steps that we normally take to complete a project.
Brief meeting – Here we meet you to discuss your exact requirements. We try to do this and that.
Proposal & Quote – We go away and have a think about what you’ve said and come up with a detailed plan that includes drawings where necessary. We also give you a detailed costing based on your requirements.
Construction – We crack on building the superb stage or set and you can come down and see us working on it at any time if you wish.
Delivery & Installation – We have enough person-power on-site to deliver, construct and dress your set. We can be on hand during your show for any last minute changes or maintenance work.
Follow up – We are very interested in your feedback and as such we encourage a debrief meeting where we can discuss the complete project, learn from the event and continue to improve our service to you.
Santa's Workshop Pavilions Shopping Centre
To create a grotto in the shape of Santa’s workshop for the kids to visit in an empty shop within the shopping centre. The brief was to make a modern looking sleigh with a present wrapping conveyer belt with rotating cogs and flashing lights all to create a modern looking Santa’s workshop.
